The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed, featuring a full-size tub and shower. this place offered top-notch facilities and amenities, making my stay truly enjoyable and memorable.

We had a fabulous stay here! The location was perfect, surrounded by all the main tourist attractions. Although not accessible by car, it was easy to reach everything on foot. Despite being in a difficult to find alley, it was well situated to see everything in the area. The service was excellent, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry always delivering high quality. We especially appreciated the paid shuttle service that was available to us. The happy hour and free toiletries were nice touches as well!

We arrived in Florence during a heavy rainstorm and were grateful we decided to take a taxi to the hotel. The entrance is tucked away in an alleyway, but thanks to the insistent taxi driver, we found it easily. Once inside, we were pleased with our stay. The hotel is in a great location, next to the Uffizi Museum and close to a square with restaurants. The walk to both Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo was quick. The rooms are dated, but that didn't bother us, as it seems to be common in Italian hotels. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and my sister was thrilled to load up on coffee. a pleasant stay.

Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options, including traditional Christmas treats like panettone and hot chocolate. the central location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a short walk to major attractions and the Christmas markets.

I found it quite challenging to find the hotel, especially during the busy holiday season. the narrow streets and lack of clear signage made it difficult to navigate, and I ended up getting lost multiple times.
